After the request, Rahane and Dube suddenly started hitting the ball very far and it made things hard for the CSK team. The KKR team had to quickly come up with a new strategy. The two players showed many different ways of hitting the ball. They did clean hits, tricky sixes, scoops, and cool reverse scoops. They also did glances, pulls, hooks, and amazing cover drives. KKR’s bowlers couldn’t do well, and the team started to lose control of the game.
KKR started losing when Wiese and Kulwant Khejroliya gave away 28 runs in the last two overs of the powerplay. Rahane and Dube took advantage of the situation and started to control the game. Rahane almost lost his off-stump, but he still managed to hit Chakravarthy for two sixes and a four. Ravindra Jadeja also hit two big shots over the fence, making it harder for KKR to win.
The game started badly for KKR because Gaikwad scored his first points with a bad hit that went off the inside edge of his bat and still counted as a point. Conway hit Wiese really hard, and just a ball before, the Kiwi guy almost got caught when throwing it back. Dube hit two really good sixes, one over midwicket and one towards long-on. The game was really exciting and intense. Rahane, Dube, and Jadeja did great with their powerful hitting. KKR tried their best, but they couldn’t keep up and lost in the end.
